Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households. Residency at Mirabella Senior Apartments requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.
Looking for a pet-friendly community? Look no further than Mirabella. We allow one cat or dog (25 lbs. or less full grown) per unit upon approval with an executed pet addendum, a refundable pet deposit of $250 and $20 per month in pet rent. Tamara is a very sweet lady with knowledge of her products and treatments. She makes me feel very special when I visit.
